After we’ve worked out together which technologies will help you to connect, if you’re not confident purchasing those technologies, I can help.

  • Deciding upon any options, but only the ones that meet your needs
  • Buying the technologies with you, if needed
  • Including actual purchase, pickup and delivery if that is helpful to you

Setup, Configuration & Training

After we’ve worked out together which technologies will help you to connect, purchased them, it’s time to set them up so that they work for you.
  • Complete setup of new technologies
  • You can have as much or as little involvement in setting them up as you like
  • Help with passwords and Cyber Safety
  • Help with new accounts like email, Apple ID’s
  • Keeping things as simple as possible
  • Helping you to get started 
  • Connecting to existing technologies if you have them, including migrating addresses and contact information
  • Customised documentation to help with independent use of the technologies

Patient, ongoing Help & Support

Technology breaks sometimes.  Sometimes it doesn’t work the way that we want it to work.  Sometimes you might need a hand to get the technology working for you again, to keep up those important connections.

  • Initial phone diagnosis where possible
  • Help at your home or where you need it, if phone support isn’t enough to get you back up and running
  • Help fine-tuning and configuring your technology to work for you as your needs evolve and change
  • Help with passwords, Cyber Safety and recovering from incidents
  • Help with upgrades
  • Help diagnosing technology which has outlived its lifespan and may need to be replaced or upgraded, if your connection need is still valid
